Unique room for rent

Description

I have a room for rent in a charming top-floor apartment located in the heart of downtown Waterloo, conveniently close to amenities. The bus stop is less then a minute away, and the Ion transit station is only about minute walk.

The rent is $ per month, which includes all utilities: heating, hydro, water, and air conditioning (you can use the AC as much as you'd like). Additionally, high-speed internet is included, and it is the fastest plan available. The place has been all freshly painted and cleaned
The room can come with furnashings if needed however a room deposit must be given for me to retrieve from storage or if I dont have I can buy it second hand the room already has 2 double wide memory foam mattress in the room. I recently moved in, so the apartment is somewhat bare at the moment, only a couch and a dining table with chairs are here. You are more than welcome to bring any furniture or personal items to make the space feel like home. Also I have a wall mount for a tv that can be used for the living room if you have a tv if not I will be getting one in time. I also have a smart projector that whoever my roomate is can use in the living room the screen size of it is the whole wall it is great for entertaining guests. As for kitchen supplies, I plan purchase more of what’s needed over time; currently I have just the basics but there is ample space in the kitchen so feel free to bring anything you want or as much cook ware as you want. Also there is tons of in apartment storage space 2 huge closets so feel free to store whatever you need to while here.
I am looking for someone who is employed or a student or whatever I just need confirmation status on how you will be rent also references preferred, but I can be flexible on this I also would like last month's in Addition the room may be shared; if so, the rent would be $ per person, so $ a month with a maximum of 2 people in the room.
