Master Bedroom Available Columbia

I am looking for a roomate. I am currently renting a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment located in central Columbia, just off the Gervais Street bridge. A master bedroom is available with a private bathroom. The place has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool and grill access, small dog park with waste stations throughout the complex, and valet trash service (included in rent).

There are no additional monthly fees: no monthly utility, water, or parking fees (all is included in the rent). Electricity will be split evenly. I do not smoke. You may vape is fine but no actual smoking in the apartment. I have no pets. If you have a dog or other pets, I am open for a conversation. If you do bring pets, there may be a pet charge and monthly charge from the apartment complex. If we agree to room together, the administrative office will need to run a background check and potentially a credit check.
