NOTE: All potential residents will be expected to pass a background check. I will need the legal first & last names of all potential residents + addresses to initiate the background check.

1st month's rent is due at least 3 days prior to move in date to ensure a seamless transition. The month begins on move-in date. No security deposit, but you will be expected to fix anything that you break or damage.
