Rent for the room available is $/month with no security deposit. Utilities include internet ($ each) and electricity/gas, which vary between $ per person monthly.***This will be a 2 month sublease with option an to sign a 1year lease starting Nov 1st.***


The apartment is located in Hamilton Heights, just a 5-minute walk to the 1 train and less than minutes to the A, C, D, and B trains at the th Street stop. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
