Looking for calm friendly home

Description

I'm a -year-old nonbinary transman (he/they), autistic, huge nerd, pretty low'-key chill person who enjoys my alone time but would also like to be friends with my housemates. Most nights I'm in my room by to decompress. I'm in grad school online and hoping for a career pivot. I'm open to living on my own if anyone is renting a solo space, but a roommate situation might suit me better. My budget is up to $ a month.
What else about me? I love to sing and share my favorite music with others, I love to read, I'm a former theatre kid who still catches a show when I can, I have a YouTube reaction channel that I started last year. I watch a lot of TV. I'm definitely someone who enjoys watching TV with my housemates so if we like some of the same shows that would be great. I also enjoy things like going to brunch, nature walks, doing nerdy stuff together. I'm a big animal person so I would like to live in an animal friendly home, I will likely have or be getting a cat of my own.
I also wanted to say that ufortunately, I'm not friendly and am straight edge (though I don't really use that term). I don't mind if my house mates drink on occasion. I just don't like having smoking of any kind in the house. I think I just want to find a place I can feel welcome.
I just sort of wanted to put my feelers out there and see what it's like. I'm open to living with any race or gender but would prefer my housemates be at least and older. Exceptions would be made for a great fit.
