Short-term rental of a furnished small private room with a shared bathroom, in a split level house in West Springfield, close to Rolling Valley Elementary. Month-to-month terms and rates are negotiable. Available immediately after completing a KeyCheck tenant screening. Shared access to Internet and WiFi, patio, gas grill, dish washer, deep freezer, living room, kitchen and kitchenware, linen and bedding, and the washer and dryer units. Owner pays all utilities. There are no street parking restrictions or space issues. Pool access requires a membership fee. Metro bus stops are 2 miles in either direction. Please share any health or religious restrictions so we may come to an amenable arrangements and be mindful of others. Non-smoking household.

Closest grocery store is less than 2 miles away and most restaurants deliver even if they have to use a third party service. This neighborhood requires no permits to park and has no vehicle time restrictions; there is always room right in front of the house since it is a corner lot.

An elderly African-American male empty-nester, desires to rent the three upstairs bedrooms separately. I have been an Information Technology for many years and I have worked in DC and outside of DC dealing with the traffic. I was a certified SCUBA instructor for PADI, so I enjoy being below sea level and I enjoy riding my motorcycle on temperate afternoons.
