Need Roommate by End of Month

Description

My roommate informed me they were moving out at the end of the month. They aren't on the lease thanks to things that happened a couple years ago. They are moving out at the end of the month, so I'm looking for someone to move in. It's the smaller of the two bedrooms (what they picked when we moved in) but the entire living room will largely be left to you. Rent is split evenly, with electric and wifi being paid monthly for about another each. Pet friendly, though there is a monthly fee for them.
