Description

The room is basically the entire upstairs of the house! Walking up the stairs you’ll enter the anteroom area (all yours) which is the green room with the couch and gaming desk. Then there’s the bedroom and private bathroom. There are two spacious closets, one in the anteroom and one in the bedroom, so if you got a lot of stuff, there’s plenty of room for it.

There is plenty of street parking right next to the house. Laundry is accessible through the kitchen - I’m replacing the current washing machine, so that will also be brand new.

I just bought the house, so it just went through inspection, and it got passing inspection reports for mold and radon.

It’s in an HOA community, so all the houses look the same, but very quiet and very safe. HOA maintains a pool and three tennis courts (and is easily walkable from the house). The community is right off of Old Highway and Cobb Pkwy NW. 3 mins from Aldi’s and Walmart! Target and Home Depot within min drive.
