Patterson Park sublet (Aug )

Description

Cozy and bright room available for sublet between Aug (**I am willing to be flexible with dates, just so long as they fall in between the Aug timeframe**). The room is on the second floor of a spacious corner rowhome. Bathroom is shared with one female roommate. I am happy to leave the room furnished with a bed and desk or unfurnished to your preference. The house features a huge kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, rooftop deck, Ring camera, package box, and FREE street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

We are about 5 minutes walking distance from Aldi and Patterson Park, ~ minutes driving to Fells Point and Canton, ~ minutes driving to University of Maryland Medical Center, Johns Hopkins (uni and hospital), & downtown.

Roommates are 3 women in their dog, and 1 cat. We are not able to accommodate any more pets, sorry! As roommates, we are friendly, respectful of each other’s space, & communicative.
