Kitchen and living room are open-space design with plenty of space, and are welcoming for the tenant to use. Parking is available and free for the tenant. Monthly rent is $. Security Deposit is $. The landlord pays for all utilities including WIFI. A short-term lease is acceptable; but if the tenant signs a lease that is 1 year or longer, the tenant will get first 5 days of rent free!
