Please read till the end to contact me. This is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse with a full basement. There are currently 4 male roommates, and 1 furnished bedroom is available for rent. The room includes a full-size bed and mattress (please refer to the floor plan). Looking for: * Single male occupant only
* Under 35 years old
* No couples
* No children
* No pets
* No smoking or vaping
* No overnight guests Rent: * $575/month + $125/month utilities, or
* $165/week (includes water, gas, electricity, garbage, and internet) Additional utility charge: $50/month if you work from home. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent and the first month’s rent are required before move-in. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after move-out, provided the room is cleaned and left in good condition. If you’re interested, please don’t send a one-line message.
