Looking for someone chill / focused

I’m looking to move close to W Hillsborough Ave for work. I just started a new job in healthcare sales and I work nonstop. Up at 4 AM usually home around 9 PM. I’m cool with cats super clean OCD level neat and very low key. No drama no crazy ex no guests. Just focused on my grind.

I’m a recruiting manager growing a team right now and I’m obsessed with becoming the top insurance agent in the country. I don’t really have friends or a relationship I’m fully locked in on success.

I’ve got a Porsche and a Jeep I plan to rent out so I’d love to live close enough to work to bike it if needed. I travel light and can help with lifting or fixing things around the place if you ever need it.
