Roommate Needed

Hi I'm Anthony a year old professional! currently looking for someone to fill the master bedroom of my apartment as my roommate is currently moving out!
The sublease would be until next June ideally someone wanting to finish out the lease.
You will get the master bedroom and the garage if you want and rent and utilities would be split evenly. I pay for the internet however.
I do have a 4 yer old heeler who is very friendly.
