A lady looking for a room

I am from Melbourne & moving to Tasmania soon. I want to live in sharing accommodation with either a family or females only. I am , mother of year old son. My son will be staying with my husband till end and going to join me in . I am ultra clean, quite, good cook and will be more than a tenant to support you. I am ok with long term or short team lease. I will be all the bills on time.

I will be at work each day , and will be coming home to sleep and cook food only. Mostly every Friday nigh will be flying back to my family and Sunday night/Monday morning will be coming back to Hobart.

My budget is bit tight now as I will be spending a lot of money on air tickets. I want most of the facilities like water, gas and electricity included in the rent. Trust me if u can, I consume bare minimum water, electricity and gas and in my house

It would be great if I get chance to live with another family or old age couple, I am a good company to talk and can support the family as well.
