This one bedroom is for ONLY one person is available in Hollywood, Florida near Sheridan St and North Park Rd. (West of there) Very near Hollywood Hills Elementary School. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Please tell me a little about yourself and please have info on your profile. We are a loving bunch and enjoy each others company but also appreciate our private space sometimes. The rent price is ALL-INCLUSIVE!. Forty-three inch smart-Tv mounted on the wall. All utilities included. High speed 5G internet. Four bedroom home, two full bathrooms. You will share the bathroom with only one person, Stefanny, and no one else. So we are seeking a female only. I am available to face-time and show you the home if you wish. An outside heated pool & natural gas BBQ grill is available. We have 2 refrigerators. Washing machine and dryer for laundry. Of course, you have access to kitchen, laundry, pool etc. The room can be available within a few days of us coming to an agreement. Of course, you can come by to view beforehand. We prefer - no working from home, NO dogs (no exceptions) , Possible1 cat only and is on case by case basis.
