Me and two other people recently signed a 1 year lease on a house () in Vancouver near Vancouver Lake with intent to resign in the future. Instead of subletting, we can actually add you to the lease so the agreement is in writing and everything. We are Elijah (), Alyssa (), and Andrew (), and we friendly working professionals. The house current has a ~1 year old dog and 2 cats, all of which are absolutely adorable. The house is a bathroom and your share of the rent would be ~ + utilities, which is split between everyone. Your room would be one of the rooms Alyssa and I just moved up from California (SoCal and Bay Area), and Andrew has been living in Portland but wanted a bigger place.
