Room for rent

Description

My sister just got married and is moving in with her husband (lame), so I'm looking for a new roommate to share a beautiful apartment in Santa Monica. Walking/biking distance to the Promenade and the beach! Laundry in building. Permit street parking.

What you'll get:
1 bedroom / 1 bathroom all to yourself. The bedroom fits a queen-sized bed, dresser, and desk, and has a sizable closet. The apartment is furnished (my sister is taking a lot, but I plan to refurnish- but if you have a nice kitchen table and chairs, I wouldn’t turn them away). It's a nice corner unit in a great apartment complex. The kitchen is pretty standard for LA, and there's a nice dining space off of a fairly large living room. And there's a balcony! Pictures can be provided upon request.

Who you'll be living with:
I am a working professional in my s. My job is hybrid, so I work from home 3 days a week. I'm a writer, stand up comedian and have a full-time job so I can actually pay the bills. I'm pretty introverted and kind of a homebody when I'm not out doing comedy. When I'm home, I do spend a lot of time watching TV/movies. I like to have people over every now and then, but nothing crazy. Chill dinners with friends. Movie nights. Not a neat freak, but kind of a neat freak. Please don't be gross.

Who I'd love to live with:
A working professional adult who is responsible and pays their bills on time. Someone who does their own thing. Is chill. Cleans up after themselves.

To wrap it up:
All utilities included. Security deposit due before move in, which you'll get back when you move out, as long as you didn't destroy the place. Move in date flexible. Would love to know a little bit about you! And feel free to ask any questions about me, I'm happy to answer.
