Hello, my name is Lain and I work as an accountant full time and a waitress off and on as a part time job. I am looking to rent out one of the rooms in my house. Your room is the biggest room on the first level. The spare can be used for visiting guests. We will pretty much only be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and yard areas!

Move in date is projected to be June twenty seventh and the house will be fully furnished (the furniture pictured is for staging and will not be present later) unless you would like to furnish your own bedroom. I will be remodeling and redoing stuff as time goes on!
