Rent includes everything, the room is private, all utilities are included, laundry, High Speed Internet, and twice monthly cleaning are all included! We also supply paper towel, and toilet paper at the start of every month.The rent price is for the room fully furnished, but you can choose to furnish it yourself and get a small discount, we just ask that you agree to stay for a year minimum if you're going to self-furnish.We've got some add-on options available too, such as off street parking, and TVs for your room.Must be employed with stable income. We will also split your total monthly rent costs across all of your paychecks for the month to make things easy for you.
