Roommate Needed

Description

I have a mid-size room to rent in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It can be furnished if need be.

Your bathroom would basically be private-only used by you but it is across the hall from your bedroom. If guests come over (which isn’t too often), I will most likely just have them use my bathroom.

There is also a loft I use as an office but some storage/flex space may be available upstairs as well.
Great amenities, beautiful view, very quiet and safe area. Washer and dryer in apartment.

All of these pics either show the empty space or the model with furniture. I will post some updated pics of it furnished shortly.

I am mostly quiet and laid back and am drug and alcohol free and don’t smoke. I like to cook sometimes and watch TV. I work from home most of the time but may travel a little bit. I’m pretty funny too. I have a sweet little pup who is hypoallergenic and does not shed! She’s a dream come true for anyone with allergies! A pet will be considered but they must get along with her.
