Room for Rent

Description

Hello! I'm Milo, and I'm looking for a queer/LGBTQ+ roommate to share my bath (approx. ft) condo in Guttenberg NJ. It is a $ month to month lease. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished. A parking space is available for an additional $ per month. It is a 2nd story walk-up with a balcony, dishwasher, A/C, and laundry in the building. Two blocks from bus line and minute commute to NYC.

I enjoy musical theater, pasta, and hanging out at home, but ultimately hope to get my degree from NYU in theater education (currently waitlisted)

I'm hoping to find a roommate with things in common, that I can be friends with.
