I am looking for a roommate to sublet my furnished room for a long-term stay (two years) as I move to another state for graduate program. I intend to return to my room after graduation. My place is near Columbia University Hospital in Washington Heights, located right next to the 1 train station. Incredibly convenient location as it only takes minutes train ride to Columbus Circle and minutes down to Chelsea area without transferring once.
