This keyed private, fully furnished room in a spacious home offers a Home away from home.
 
The room is secure with a key and includes a full-size bed, TV, and all utilities (including Wi-Fi). Room Darkening shades for night workers. Perfect for traveling professionals and short-term stays!
 
 Amenities Include:
 
 ~Access to all items in kitchen.  Cooking and dinnerware, blender,  Crockpot, air fryer, toaster and coffee pot. This is great for those of you who like to meal prep. Disposable plates, cups, silverware are provided as a courtesy.
 
~Shared spaces:  kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry area.
 
~Bathroom is shared between yourself and one other traveling professional. Cleaned by owner regularly, no cleaning required . Bath towels , hand towels and toilet paper provided as a courtesy.

~Owner cleans kitchen daily, no responsibilities for cleaning!
 
~Dedicated refrigerator and cupboard space (3 fridges in home, ample space is available.
 
~Large off street parking area
 
Pricing: • $ (includes all utilities: internet, power, water, and garbage)
                        $ non-refundable cleaning fee. No deposit, first or last.
 
No application, but I do require a phone call or meeting in person
 
• Cost is $/day (based on a day average).
For those of you staying in a hotel/motel this is a great value for professionals on contract work. minutes to Quincy and Moses Lake, minutes to Wenatchee.
