UCLA Housing w/ Private Bath

Description

I’m looking to either take over the full lease on a studio or one-bedroom apartment within walking distance to UCLA, or take over a lease in a shared unit—like a -bedroom—where I’d have my own private bathroom. I’m open to either option, as long as the bathroom isn’t shared.

I’m also looking for a roommate who doesn’t party, smoke, or drink in the unit—someone who’s very clean and respectful. If you cook, you clean up after yourself. I value mutual respect, privacy, good hygiene, and a peaceful living environment.
