Description

I'm a fashion designer ,female, working fulltime in the garments district.
I paint in my free time, love cooking and culturally very active what the city has to offer.
The apt on a top floor of a private house, has 3 bedrooms in a beautiful quiet residential street in Astoria. 2 blocks from the Astoria park, track fields and east river.
There are plenty great restaurants, bars and grocery stores on walking distance. It's safe and still has a communal feel unlike many hoods in NYC.
Its a very spacious large apt, has lots of light and separate dine and living room.
I'm looking to share my place ideally for a fellow creative female person or someone who is progressive and openminded.
