Looking for housemates!!

Located in Ontario, this is a house in a gated community with three available rooms one downstairs bedroom with bathroom detached two upstairs bedrooms with shared bathroom looking for housemates. Leasing is every year with a deposit fee/move in fee but rent is monthly along with utilities expected to move in end of May start of June details can be discussed needing but confirmed by April th. House details: it’s pet friendly but there will be a pet fee and you must be responsible for your pet. Chores will be spread out If trash is full take it out, replace the bag and if you dirtied dishes clean them…etc. smoking friendly but take it outside there’s a yard and garage. Parking situation it’s a total of 4 spaces two inside the garage two driveway there’s outside street parking as well. Within the community midnight to 6 am sidewalk parking is not permitted but anytime after 6am to midnight is allowed. There is a landlady she sometimes shows up but not often also a property manager. Facts about me I’m a Pharmacy school student attending Western University living currently in the house with my girlfriend who works full-time if there are any questions you have it will be me or her answering.
