Hello! My name is Indy. I’m seeking out a sublet or temporary housing for months. My expected move-in date would be May 1st. My budget is between $. My preference is a private room WITH a private bathroom. At this time, I’m only open to living with one female roommate (no couples, men, or 3 or more roommates). I’m currently based in NYC, but I’d like to relocate to the DMV area. I work remotely full-time for a media tech company. I’m a year old Black woman. I do not drink, smoke, and I do not go out to party on weekends. I don’t have any pets and I don’t mesh well with pets either. Since I’ll be new to the city, I won’t have any guests over either.
