Houston Galleria Area Lease Takeover - ba

Hi - I'm looking for someone to take over my ba apartment lease near the Galleria mall. Walkable to mall, waterfall park, restaurants, gym, etc

Base rent is $/month. You can take over the lease and move-in on or about March rd (negotiable). Lease ends September rd. I am offering a $ incentive to whoever takes over the lease as well as the security deposit of $ also becomes yours. This makes the effective rent ~$.

Apartment address is Mccue Rd.

Apartment is a large ba on the third floor of the building with a balcony overlooking the pool courtyard. In unit washer & dryer. Walk-in closet. Amenities include pool and gym. Covered and gated parking garage with parking available on same level as apartment.
I have attached pictures of the apartment. Comes unfurnished, although furniture is negotiable.

My total payment to the apartment building has been about $ after water, sewer, and amenity charges. Electricity is separate.

You will have to apply to the apartment and have your income approved by the apartment management in order to take over the lease.
