I have a room for sublet at The Verge apartments in North Asheville, starting April 1st until July . Walking distance from UNCA and 5 minute drive to downtown. Perfect for students finishing up the semester after Spring break or folks who work seasonal jobs in the Spring/Summer (get that tourist season bread)! I am flexible on the move in date if you are looking to move in at the end of March OR I’m willing to prorate if you want to move in during the first two weeks of April!
The unit is a bath apartment. There are two lovely folks living in the other two rooms. Queer friendly. You’ll have your own bedroom, own bathroom, and a full walk in closet. The place does come furnished, with a full sized bed, a dresser, and a desk in the room, plus a fully furnished living room. (I can provide pics if you’d like)
Rent is $/month including water and internet. Each tenant has a $/month electrical allowance included in rent; overages are calculated at the end of the month. Pets are allowed and THERE’S IN UNIT LAUNDRY! Parking included in rent.
I’ve lived in and loved this spot since and have stayed because it’s one of the better deals so close to downtown where I work, it’s just time for me to put down my roots elsewhere. Please let me know if you or someone you know is interested!!
