Seeking a single room for next Fall

Hi, I’m Marcella! I’m a -year-old undergraduate studying Plant Sciences. I’m looking for clean, respectful housemates who are open to communication. I’m pretty busy with classes and internships, but I love making time for cooking, music, and relaxing outdoors (a backyard would be a huge plus!). I smoke weed frequently and am happy to follow house rules around it, like keeping it outside.

I’m okay with co-ed living and sharing a bathroom (as long as we take turns cleaning). I’m an open-minded person, and I’m hoping to find a quiet but friendly household. I believe in keeping shared spaces clean and would like a balanced cleaning schedule to make sure things stay fair. I’m hoping to move in around late August or early September. I’m also chill with guests and would like to have friends over a couple of days a week.

One note: I’m allergic to cats, so I’d prefer a cat-free space.
