Technically, it is a four bedroom apartment, but we have a lease for the rooms attached to the main living area. This means that we are subletting for 3 bedrooms.


Amenities include:

A large and fully appliance'd kitchen with an island.

Access to Icon's gym, yoga studio, lounge area, multiple study rooms, and basketball court.

IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER

Rent is $ for the two bedrooms that share one bath, and $ for the bedroom with an attached walk-in closet and bathroom. Wi-Fi is not included in the price, but is an additional $ dollars each.
