Bedroom available in 4 bedroom condo. This room is on the bottom floor, living room and kitchen are on second floor, other three bedrooms and washer/dryer are on third floor. There is a patio area and garage. Complex has pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. All utilities are split evenly (water, sewer, trash, electric, internet) and average one hundred dollars per month per person, this fluctuates depending on usage and time of year. You’ll be moving in with 2 females and 1 male all respectful, hardworking, clean, quiet and low maintenance people. All in mid twenties. Looking for someone who would be a good fit
