Looking to Rent a room luxury

Looking for a female who is a working professional to rent a room in my luxury apt. Must be very clean, respectful, no guests and not much cooking. You will pretty much just be renting a room. However, it’s in a luxury building high rise in Miami and it’s a large room with walk in closet. The building offers amazing amenities two pools, lounges, work spaces, gym and more. Parking is extra $$ if needed! Move in would be first months rent plus security deposit. Move in date would be May 1.
