Safe 🌈 friendly home

Description

It’s a decade new home that I built. It has a half acre and you could even have a garden if you’d like to do one. House has central
heating and air. I will share the whole home with you. There is a gorgeous view of the woods in the back and one side of the home has nothing but Fields on the other side is a fence blocking the neighbors. It feels very private while you are relaxing on the back porch or while you’re in the hot tub. The third bedroom is a mixed room. I have a treadmill in it and the office desk and a table. If you need it as a study room or office or whatever just let me know, we can share it. The furniture that is in that bedroom was donated to me so you can use it but if you don’t want to use it, I will handle getting rid of it and I might just keep a dresser from it if you don’t want it. There’s plenty of storage in the attic and in the house. There is also a garage that you could park in if you have a small car because my Wrangler will not fit in it because it is too tall for the garage. I am looking for a roommate to be able to afford more things in life to do for fun and to save money to build a new bigger garage. We could talk about all these things when we meet each other. I have a cat. He is kind of like a dog, but he is indoors only. Everyone that has been allergic to cats has never had an allergic reaction with him, including myself. He is supposed to be hypoallergenic and that has proved to be true thus far.
