Quiet, quaint oasis in the suburb

Description

I am a medical professional, who splits her time in the hospitals and at home and has created her own little oasis in the upscale suburb of Fayetteville. I live in a home and looking to rent out one or both of my spare bedrooms.

The house and room are fully furnished, and the inside features a good-sized gourmet kitchen, pool table, karaoke machine, " TV in the entertainment room, as well as a gym with separate cardio room and weight room. Outside features a large, fenced in yard with pool, hot tub, pergola and patio seating, complete with outdoor heaters.

I am very quiet and extremely clean and tidy, so looking for and expecting the same.

I do have small Yorkie dogs, though they are well-behaved and well-trained and usually with me or at day care.

WiFi, water, trash pickup and home maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, etc.) are all included as well as a monthly cleaning service. Heat/electric would be split.

I do not allow shoes or smoking in my house.
