Nice room in a bedroom house in a quiet Mira Mesa neighborhood. Includes your own private bathroom. You will be sharing with two other people. We are very easy-going, and don’t party or have too many visitors to the house, so you don’t have to worry about being able to study or anything going on at all hours of the night. However, we do like to hang out with our friends and roommates and enjoy life. Room comes furnished with a nice dresser and a full-size bed, but they can be removed if you do not want to use them. There is washer and dryer in the home. Light cooking is allowed. Sorry no working from home. Plenty of offstreet parking. The utility bills will be split three ways. Looking for a mature responsible person. No smoking or drugs, please. You can however, smoke outside on the patio. Sorry no pets.
