UCSB/SBCC STUDENTHOUSING FEB 1-JUNE

Hello! We are ava, leah, and ava! We are looking for girls to fill a double or single in our apartment, depending on what you are wanting to pay. The lease ideally would be from February 1st until June. For a double it would be $ a person, for a single the room would be $. The room is super spacious and has a large bathroom/ 2 closets connected! We live in Arrive apartments in Goleta near the target, about a 5 minute drive from Isla Vista. The complex is super nice and has a lot of amenities like a gym, 2 pools/spas, lounge room, in unit washer/dryer, etc. We are all students who work as well. We like watching movies, having game nights, and we also like to go out. We are preferably looking for a student at UCSB/SBCC, but we are open to anyone! Please message me if interested!
