Hello there,

Looking for a female roommate with no kids as well as who’s clean, responsible, friendly and respectful. As well as respecting each other’s boundaries.

I’m looking for a female who wants to rent the Master bedroom. Rent is $ for a personal parking spot. It will be a shared bathroom but the master bedroom has a personal vanity space, If you don’t want to pay the extra $ then you’ll need to find the free parking spaces. Main thing is getting approved, background check by leasing office.

-Utilities will be split in 2

-no dogs, no permanent guests,

Apartment complex comes with 2 gyms, pools , bbq & relaxing zone , computers in leasing office to use for free , others
