1 Housemate in 3 BR house

Description

One furnished bedroom for rent for one person in a 3-bedroom house at $ monthly (includes the utilities.) $ deposit. The rent includes a shared kitchen, living room, washer, dryer, and limited garage storage. It is furnished with a (new) full-sized bed and mattress with some linens, a dresser, and a closet. The tenant will use the hall bath. There's one other occupant.

We will do a credit check. The first month's rent and security deposit are due before moving in (we’ll prorate the second month’s rent if move-in is mid-month).

Tenant will be responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all shared areas and their private room.

The house is an updated ~ bedroom, 2 bath in Citrus Heights with a garden-friendly backyard. Accessing a park, library, shopping (Costco, Grocery Outlet, Pearl House Chinese, etc.), and the freeway is easy.

Other features include instant hot water, a security front door, security cameras, solar panels, upgraded insulation, upgraded plumbing, a whole-house water filter, internet/Wi-Fi access, and a room hardwired for ethernet.

No pets (one indoor cat is on-). No smoking, or illegal drugs.

The other occupant works at home and takes calls during the day.

We're looking for a tidy, kind person who will respect others’ schedules and space, and clean up after themselves. A sense of humor is always a plus!
