I have a very nice home with a room available for a mature clean woman. It's a 4 bedroom house. You will be living with 2 other women. You must be neat and respectful to the other tenants and have a reliable income. The bus is a 2 minute walk from the door in case you don't drive, if you do drive there is off street parking behind the house . East point Marta station is 5 minutes away by car and a minute walk. Every personal need you may want is up the street at the shopping plazas including grocery stores 2 minutes away by car. The house is very clean and I plan for it to stay that way. The bedrooms are furnished and the kitchen is stacked with everything you need and a laundry room. The room rents for hundred a month or two hundred a week.. You will need a deposit of $. One person only. No smoking or drugs please and no pets. Income verification required.
