Hi, my lease is up February 2nd, and my current roommate is moving out. I’m looking for someone to take over the space and sign a new one-year lease with me. I live in DUA, a luxury building in Brickell. The apartment is a -bathroom unit on the th floor, with great views of Brickell from the balcony. Rent is $ total so we would each pay $ a month.
