Availble February 1st so must pay February rent and $ deposit.

Room is $ but includes utilities, rent and wifi. Plus free laundry access and free use of shared fridge.

Looking for a single female to join us.The other roommates consist of a couple with two children, a single elderly female, a trans woman and another single female. We have one emotional support dog so no more pets please. Preferably no more kids if possible And we ourselves are renting this house and looking for someone to take over one of the rooms. Room is a den converted into a bedroom so it is smaller BUT you will have access to the shared kitchen, backyard, living room, front yard, laundry, and a shared refrigerator as well as a flat rate of $ with utilities included. Bathroom upstairs is shared with the single female and trans women and there is a bathroom downstairs as well. The aunt of the boys comes over on weekends Friday through Monday. Please no smoking of cigarettes or weed, it is a family home with a newborn and a toddler. All the rooms have their own door with a lock and key.
