Looking to sublease my room! :)

Description

I’m currently looking at the possibility of having someone take over my lease at The Grove. I live in a furnished, renovated apartment with two sophomore students, one who has an incredibly sweet and docile cat. My rent is fixed (all included) but slightly fluctuates per month based on electricity or heat usage. The Grove has wonderful amenities and is located next to old row and other student apartments. Additionally, it has about 3 surrounding tiger transit stops. My living situation is very healthy and tidy, the only reason I’m looking to move out for the semester is on of a new puppy I bought and would like to care for. I’m looking for a female
(preferably a student) to take over my lease for next semester, and it doesn’t have to necessarily start in January. Please let me know if you’re interested!
