Subleasing room!

Room for rent! I’m last minute looking for someone to take over my spring semester lease in an apartment complex on clay street. This is the room you’d be taking over, with your choice of being furnished or not with the bed, desks, and dresser/tv stand. It’s right downtown on clay street, a two minute walk from north main street, a 3 minute walk to the edge of campus, super close to center street, and right next to the entrance for huckleberry trail. You’d be living with 3 other super cool girls who are all seniors. There are two bathrooms, so you’d share with one other girl. All the girls are tidy and really respectful of your privacy, they like going out on the weekends and having movie nights at home if that’s what you’re into. If not, they will absolutely give you your space!
Rent is $ a month not including utilities
