Private room/bathroom

Description

Hi! My name is Sarah and l'm a year old female loving living in Denver. I work full time at a children's center so l'm typically out of the house M-F . I spend my weekends hiking, snowboarding, or exploring with my two fur babies.
I have two dogs named Molly (shih tzu) and Bishop (bichon frise) who love the fully fenced in yard out back. More furrry friends are always welcome! I had a dog door installed, so the pets have free roam of the house.
Looking for a roommate to live downstairs in my basement; there's two bedrooms (one used for storage), a private bathroom, and you'll have your own living space. There's windows that let in natural light so it does not feel like a basement. I don't go down there besides to do laundry. There's currently an air mattress and a couch in the guest room that you're welcome to use, or I can remove! The total square footage of the downstairs is feet.
Looking for someone to sign a 6 month lease starting Feb 1 :)
