EAST COLORADO SPRINGS ROOM AVAILABLE IN JANUARY: $600
Looking for a young professional as a roommate in a large home. The space is a bedroom w/ a shared 2 sink bathroom.
Utilities are electric, water, gas, and internet. Utilities are split up between all four roommates (~100/month each roommate)

Amenities:
Guest room (There is a room that is unrented and furnished for family or guests)
Pantry section for each roommate
Two refrigerators (kitchen and garage)
Additional storage space in garage
Hot tub
Fire pit
3 burner grill

Important details:

The vibe of the house is laid back. The roommate in the basement has a chocolate lab. We are not accepting any additional pets, rare exceptions are possible though. We are hoping to find a mid 20s - upper 30s dude. Currently there are three guys in here that are in their early 30's. One is going to nursing school, one is an engineer, and the other is an EMT. 420 friendly
