Multiple rooms available inner-west

Description

Just had my housemates move out and into the house they recently bought.. Which has blown open up to 3 bedroom doors for the next generation to experience!! The place is fully furnished aside from your room, with top range appliances, the townhouse is quite spacious throughout and has generously sized bedrooms too! We would be seperated into 2 levels which essentially splits the house in 2 as we will be living on different floors! Ideally I am not looking to fill all the rooms cause they’ve been full for 6 years and the last month of having no body around the house has been quite peaceful for a change

In saying that though I am a people person and love bouncing off energy and having a laugh, do not mind a beer either, but I always turn up when I have to and always seem to have a few projects on the go at any given time!!
I have the most beautiful fish tank that’s next to the biggest tv that you can chuck up on a wall and honestly probably spend more time watching them go about their days than I do watching tv! You could lose days watching them do laps,
Aside from that obviously got a little veggie and herb garden out the back, a huge and comfortable outdoor lounge, bbq area all in the back courtyard, upstairs is more or less completely empty, with the potential of another living/common area and the spare bedrooms all up on the top level
