**Current Appstate Students, & Women only

Rent is $ a month including utilities and parking. It will be going up to $ if you choose to renew your lease.

This is a bath apartment, furnished with a full size bed, dresser, night stand, desk and chair. Bathroom shared with one roommate, furnished living room, kitchen and laundry.

Pets are generally not allowed. If you need an ESA you have to contact the office and fill out paperwork to get that registered. However one of the current residents has an animal allergy and prefer no pets be brought to the apartment.


minute drive from campus, Appalcart stop on property. Clubhouse hosts Gym, basket ball courts, computer and study rooms with a printer, as well as a pool and hot tub during warmer months. Parking is included with rent, as well as free guest parking.

I am a current Appstate student going abroad for the spring semester, and am looking for a female to take over my room. Will be available to re-lease if wanted, but most likely in another apartment since the current roommates have someone to move in next fall.
