I have a furnished room for rent in my apartment. We will split rent and utilities rent with your part being , and electric and water runs about $ a month with you half that. Also we pay for trash every quarter. Approximately for your part. I have high speed wireless as I work from home. If you use it a contribution to that bill would be appreciated. You are not required to do so if you do not want to. I wouldn’t ask for an even split because the cost is high as I need the speed for work. Management will likely require a deposit and they require you to carry renters insurance. They also want you to fill out an application and go through their vetting. Lease is for months.
