LEASE TERMS:
-Minimum month lease
-1 person occupancy only
-Water Included in Rent. Electricity and Internet are split among roommates
-Lawn care included
-HOA fee included
-A standard criminal, eviction, and credit check will be ran. *Applicants with felonies or serious offenses, evictions, or low credit will not qualify.
-No smoking inside
-Security deposit and 1st month's rent are due prior to move in.
